This Privacy Policy applies to all Atlassian Confluence applications ("Apps") published by DailyMind LTD on the Atlassian Marketplace, and to the websites operated at teamkit.dev and its subdomains (collectively, "Services").

1. Who We Are

DailyMind LTD (the "Company", "we", "us") is the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

3. Data We Process Through Our Apps

3.1. Data That Stays on Atlassian

All our Apps run on Atlassian infrastructure (Forge or Connect). The Apps access Confluence data (page content, user profiles, space information) solely to provide their functionality. This data:

• Is processed within Atlassian's infrastructure
• Is never transmitted to DailyMind servers or any third-party service
• Is never stored outside your Atlassian instance
• Is governed by Atlassian's Privacy Policy

3.2. Compliance Glossary — Additional Data

Compliance Glossary stores the following data in Atlassian's Forge Entity Store (within your Confluence instance):

• Glossary terms, definitions, categories, and synonyms
• Term version history, including: who created/modified/approved each version (Atlassian user ID and display name), timestamps, and change reasons
• Compliance scan results (page references, findings)
• Finding resolutions (who resolved, justification text)

This data is used exclusively for the App's compliance and audit trail functionality. DailyMind does not have access to this data unless you explicitly share it with us (e.g., via a support request).

3.3. Data We May Receive During Support

If you contact us for support, we may receive:

• Your name and email address
• Screenshots or descriptions that may contain Confluence content
• Error logs or diagnostic information you choose to share

We use this data solely to resolve your support request and delete it within 90 days of resolution.

4. Data We Collect on Our Websites

4.1. Analytics

Our websites use privacy-friendly analytics:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookie-free, no personal data collected, aggregate metrics only

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral profiling on our websites.

4.2. Hosting

Our websites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages and DigitalOcean App Platform. These providers may process IP addresses and request metadata in server logs as part of normal web hosting operations, subject to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

• Atlassian — as the platform provider (governed by their terms)
• Hosting providers — Cloudflare, DigitalOcean (infrastructure only, no data access)
• Legal authorities — if required by law, regulation, or court order

7. International Data Transfers

App data remains within Atlassian's infrastructure and is subject to Atlassian's data residency controls. Our websites are served through Cloudflare's global CDN. We do not independently transfer personal data outside the EEA.

8. Data Retention

• App data — stored in your Confluence instance for as long as you use the App. When you uninstall the App, data retention is governed by Atlassian's policies.
• Support data — deleted within 90 days of support request resolution
• Website analytics — aggregate data only, no personal data retained

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate personal data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Restriction — request we limit processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority

10. Security

We rely on Atlassian's security infrastructure for App data. For support data and website operations, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encrypted communications (TLS), access controls, and regular review of security practices.

11. Children

Our Services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
